Service Delivery Policy

At Thar Car Rental Self Drive, no physical items are shipped. This policy covers how vehicle handover and delivery are managed after a confirmed booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

After completing your booking, a confirmation message is sent through phone or email. Our team then connects with you to finalize the vehicle handover timing.

2. Vehicle Delivery / Pickup

Vehicles are provided clean, inspected, and fully maintained. Basic instructions and required documents are shared during handover.

3. Rental Charges

  • ₹4,999 per day rental charge.
  • ₹5,000 refundable security deposit collected during handover.

The deposit is refunded once the vehicle is returned in proper condition.

4. Delivery Timing

Delivery and pickup timings are mutually finalized based on the customer’s booking schedule.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a valid ID and driving license at handover.
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition as received.
  • Follow rental rules communicated during booking.
